An Urban Tree Walk was held Saturday, June 10th, in Shelburne Falls, MA

A total of 12 walkers participated in a Deerfield River Watershed Association urban tree walk around downtown Shelburne Falls, MA.  There were a lot of great questions and discussions about tree identification, the best trees to plant in an urban/residential environment, what not to plant and why, how to maintain trees, and how to reduce the impact of tree diseases.
